Synopsis
1949年，解放全国已成为历史必然发展趋势，国民党政权开始土崩瓦解，此时，湖南国民党将领程潜，陈明仁两将军在我党的推动下与蒋介石，白崇禧巧妙周旋，摆脱种种阻挠，毅然率部起义，同时我解放军挥戈南下，势如破竹，千军万马直逼武汉，数日后进军湖南，最后解放湖南。
