Synopsis
清朝统治下，清廷对苗族的歧视和压迫尤为严重，军事镇压也甚是严重。经济上，在苗区安设屯田，强夺农民土地;政治上，实行改土归流，设置流官;军事上，建立营汛屯堡。苗人不服，抗暴。清统治历史上发生过三次起义。永绥厅夯岩右营把总赵志龙在苗区爱上了一个苗族姑娘茶花，而他又负责镇压起义的苗人，在这战火纷飞的年代，他的这份爱又该如何表达，他对皇上的军令又该如何执行?
