故事以1997年6月30日，香港回归中国作为引子，讲述三位初出茅庐的年青人，不单止见证着香港特区的转变，同时分别带出三人在香港回归后，几经浮沉、积极奋斗、面对友情、亲情、爱情之间的矛盾争斗的感人故事。
