Synopsis
陆青青（佟晶莹 饰）是一个心地单纯，行事有些大大咧咧的傻姑娘。刚刚毕业的她一脚踏入复杂的社会之中，在找工作的过程里屡屡碰壁，不由得有些灰心丧气。看到女儿失意的样子，陆青青的母亲李芳华感到有些心疼，于是托关系将她介绍到了好友刘若雅所经营的公司里上班，陆青青凭借着“裙带关系”，工作总算有了着落，但在公司里，陆青青始终因为自己的特殊身份和性格上的毛病而饱受嘲讽，抬不起头。 在一次家庭聚会上，陆青青又闯祸了，因此遭到了刘若雅的抨击，这让李芳华感到很没有面子，她决定要彻彻底底的对陆青青进行一番“改造”，夺回被她丢掉的面子。
