Synopsis
该片采用黑白画面拍摄。讲述2020年五一劳动节庆活动期间，一所中学的礼堂正举行由政党举办的蛇斋饼糭活动。与此同时，楼上课室有多名政界高层与警队，计划射伤两位议员以制造混乱，激起港人恐惧，从而加速中央实施“国安法”。两名黑社会“炒散”获分配“任务”，眼见可观酬劳，决定孤注一掷执行任务，却没想到最后被警方枪杀。而“国安法”最后亦成功通过。
