Synopsis
《天和局》以19世纪中叶的中国边陲云南为背景，通过“马加里事件”“中法战争”和“修建滇越铁路”三大历史事件，描写了恪守传统的闵氏与经世致用的竺氏两大家族的激烈冲突，最终他们以民族大义为重，从法国人手中买回了“滇越铁路”路权，从而使我国拥有了第一条国际铁路。
