Synopsis
八岁那年，王保税的父亲在下乡征税时被突发的山体塌陷卷走。安葬完父亲，再没有一个亲人的保税被下乡插队的刘悯大夫带进了城里。刘悯有一个叫小丫的女儿，爱人在部队开山被炸死后，小丫从此就失去了父爱。保税的到来，给小丫带来儿时伙伴的同时，也给这个苦难的家庭带来了一份欢乐。
时光荏苒，岁月如歌，一晃十几年过去了。以兄妹相称的保税和小丫在妈妈的抚养下长大成人。
