Synopsis
1993年的贝尔格莱德。由于国家前途未卜、社会一切都未稳定，人们在心底默默压抑着紧绷的焦虑情绪。在一场给小女儿举办、邀请了她同班孩子参加的生日聚会上，这种情绪得到了释放。当孩子们装扮成动漫《忍者神龟》里的人物，在客厅嬉笑打闹，他们的父母则在厨房讨论政治、调情、抽烟、喝酒。
