Synopsis
1947年春天，龙王岛的人民欢庆丰收。赶小海的春花在礁石的沙窝里拾到一个红圈牌烟盒；老会长王四江的孙子，儿童团长王海生带领儿童团员在小白鞋家又查出同样牌子的烟头；村中出现了迟龙章反攻倒算的黑帖子；王四江在海上捕鱼时又遇到了土匪。
