Synopsis
拍卖师高博跟女友江娜相恋三年因为没有房子而没有结婚，高博在一次意外的机会以超低的价格购买了一套公寓，当高博搬进去后发现房屋的女主人画家苏玥来到自己刚买的房子，原来当初卖房的夫妇之中女子并非苏玥本人，高博声称自己已经交钱给黄自林了，苏玥则声称房产证上有她和他丈夫两个人的名字，未经她的同意，房屋买卖不合法，无奈之下，两人只有同处一室，发生了一系列搞笑而温情的故事。
