Synopsis
保罗（保罗·巴特尔 Paul Bartel 饰）和玛丽（玛丽·沃罗诺夫 Mary Woronov 饰）是一对感情十分要好的夫妻，虽然他们的生活非常贫穷，但是两人依然没有放弃过开一间小餐馆的梦想。一天，一个流氓在误打误撞之中闯进了两人的家中，保罗为了自卫用平底锅敲死了流氓。在流氓的身上，夫妻两人找到了六百美元，这是他们最近以来最丰厚的一笔收入了。 之后，又有一个强奸犯闯入保罗家中试图对玛丽不轨，同样被保罗用平底锅敲死了，这一次，夫妻两人收获了五百美金。保罗和玛丽开始意识到他们能够通过这种方法发家致富，但很快，两人的计谋便被第三个人知晓了。
