Synopsis
正当岳家军准备直捣金人军营之际，岳飞被奸相秦桧以十二道金牌急召回临安，由冯忠、冯孝押解到大理寺，并加以“莫须有”的罪名，拟暗中将他杀害。各派英雄豪杰，为拯救岳飞，相约来到临安，实行劫狱。他们以凌如风、司马长弘、周定为首策划，决定兵分两路：一由关帝庙地道潜入寨内埋伏；一在大江镖局埋伏，以便里应外合。后行踪败露，江边等候众人被杀，唯独凌逃出生天，但亦受重伤。正当凌孤掌难鸣时，得宋家父女相助，以宋家轻功绝技潜入大理寺救岳。眼看岳飞已救出，凌虽然身受重伤，已把生死置之度外，当关而立，身穿万箭而死。然而岳飞并没有领他的情，肃穆地走进大理寺……
