Synopsis
1945年12月，按照“双十协定”的精神，李兆麟将军命军队撤离哈尔滨并辞去省长的职务。李将军广泛接触各界人士，利用一切场合宣传我党的和平政策，引起国民党反动派的仇视。他们启用女特务冒充我交通员之女，骗取李将军的信任，于1946年3月制造了震惊中外的李兆麟血案。
