Synopsis
在一个万圣节的夜晚，保姆莎拉（凯蒂·马奎尔KatieMaguire饰）受雇于某户人家，在男女主人外出过节之际照顾他们的孩子提娅（SydneyFreihofer饰）和提米（ColeMathewson饰）。淘气叛逆的提米偶然发现一卷未知录像带，拗不过两个孩子的纠缠，莎拉将录像带放入播放机中。这卷带子里有三个恐怖小短片，均讲述了少女们被可怕的小丑纠缠、折磨和囚禁的故事。第一个故事播放完毕，莎拉催促孩子们上床睡觉，她则独自欣赏剩下的短片。
