Synopsis
马来西亚富商雷鸣（黄百鸣 饰）与死对头杨亚伟（曾志伟 饰）二人多年来斗生斗死，这次要斗快抱孙！ 雷鸣得知杨亚伟正期待儿子Alex（林德信 饰）与儿媳珊珊（吴千语 饰）诞下男孙，怒不可遏，就要挟二世祖侄孙雷带子（郑中基 饰）与侄孙媳妇雪儿（薛凯琪 饰）传宗接代，否则停止二人的生活资金。更重金礼聘天王级催生陪月婆宫三（吴君如 饰）严格监管，虽然起初令二人夫妻生活翻天覆地，但却间接重拾了夫妻间久违了的激情和浪漫，展开了活色生香的“生育的进击”。雷鸣确诊患有老年痴呆，为了圆其心愿，雪儿假装大肚，并向有孕在身的黛黛（熊黛林 饰）和秀波（于波 饰）夫妇求助，欲借其子瞒过叔公。不料想生产当日，杨亚伟出现，众人精心编造的弥天大谎眼看就要拆穿······
