Synopsis
山东戏班，由马艳桃（马艳桃 饰）领导，迁徙至上海以寻求谋生机会。然而，他们却遭受到上海黑帮邵八的压迫。这导致大师兄马永贞（白彪 饰）和师弟石秀峰（黎汉持 饰）、马天柱（伍卫国 饰）分别离散。马天柱投身另一黑帮，与谭四的妹妹谭英（李燕燕 饰）相恋。邵八要求马永贞杀谭四，而马天柱设法化解了马永贞和谭四之间的误会。然而，谭四最终死于邵八的阴谋算计。马永贞除去邵八后，被谭四的手下拥立为帮主，但面临着腐败的警察厅试图栽赃陷害的威胁。这时，石秀峰以政府高级专员身份出现，为他解围。 然而，石秀峰在官场中深陷，为了谋取财富而吞并帮会产业，不慎误杀了谭英，导致马永贞和马天柱被迫逃亡。最终，他们两人不幸身亡。师妹阿兰为了为二人复仇，杀死了石秀峰。最后，阿兰回到山东，重新组织戏班，开始新的生活。
