Synopsis
故事设定在《电锯惊魂》第一、二部之间，患病而绝望的约翰·克莱默（托宾·贝尔 Tobin Bell 饰）前往墨西哥进行一次危险的实验手术，希望能奇迹般地治愈癌症，却发现整个手术都是场骗局，旨在欺骗最弱势的群体。抱持着全新目的后，“竖锯”，这位臭名昭著的连环杀手重操旧业，开始对付起这些骗子。
