Synopsis
台湾少年小狗（郭富城 饰）的父亲因向警方告密，使得台湾黑帮老大暂时被收监，等待起诉。为了安全起见，小狗来到了香港，并改名换姓入读了圣育强中学。谈判专家阿坚（张坚庭 饰）因谈判时常出错，被派到了圣育强中学当卧底老师，寻找小狗。阿坚来到圣育强中学，发现这里的学生都是些顽劣的问题少年，其中这里的学生领袖A士更是令人头疼。阿坚在学校认识了女教师梦想（张敏 饰），很快对她产生好感，这时，阿坚的女友女警阿卿（邱淑贞 饰）也来到了这里当卧底。应付顽劣学生尚且力不从心的阿坚，同时也面临着一场三角恋，学校里的爆笑场面不断。台湾黑帮老大终因证据不足被释放了，在杀死了小狗的父亲后，来到了香港准备小狗也干掉。面对台湾黑帮，阿坚最终能否顺利救下小狗？
