Synopsis
在一口封闭了三十多年的枯井里，发现了高山龙司（真田広之饰）以及失踪已久的贞子（伊野尾理枝饰）的尸体。经法医鉴定，贞子死亡的时间不过1、2年时间，即她在枯井下存活了三十年之久。为了追究恋人的死因，高山的女友高野舞（中谷美紀饰）四处寻找浅川玲子（松嶋菜々子饰）的下落。她遇到浅川的后辈冈崎（柳ユーレイ饰），两人循着浅川当初调查“诅咒录像带”的线索一路追查，在这一过程中，录像带的牺牲者不断出现。恐怖的贞子似乎并未从世间消失，她的诅咒仿佛恶灵般如影随形……本片根据鈴木光司原作改编，是前作《午夜凶铃》的正宗续集。
