Synopsis
事业有成的李自强收到了老村长尚老三的邀请来治理映山村，成为新的村长。自信满满的李自强来到了这个“藏龙卧虎”之地: 白拿贫困补贴死不脱贫赌棍的二柱子， 喜欢偷汉子的张玉兰，酗酒到血栓的奎子， 喜欢占姑娘便宜的李大海， 最后，还有个动不动就要自杀的胃癌患者陈大壮。 敢情是尚老三管不了，才把这个烂摊子交给李自强的。 准备开始做点什么行动吧，陈大壮又开始要自杀了， 好像年轻貌美的小秘书杨洋还对李自强抛媚眼 ？
