Synopsis
詹妮弗（劳拉·邓恩LauraDern饰）是一名纪录片制作人，她正在制作一档关于世界各地女性生活状况的纪录片。一天，詹妮弗意外的收到了母亲奈特（艾伦·波斯蒂恩EllenBurstyn饰）的来电。奈特告诉詹妮弗，自己发现了她在13岁的时候写的日记，日记中记录了当时的詹妮弗和骑马教练G夫人（伊丽莎白·德比齐ElizabethDebicki饰）以及跑步教练比尔（杰森·雷特JasonRitter饰）在夏令营中一起度过的时光。詹妮弗幼稚的记录暴露了一些让奈特感到非常不安的消息，在奈特，以及未婚夫马丁（科曼Common饰）的鼓励之下，詹妮弗决定找到G夫人和比尔，询问当时到底发声了什么事情。哪知道这个举动打开了詹妮弗记忆力紧锁的潘多拉魔盒。
