Synopsis
本片非常准确、非常深刻的反映出企业中的领导干部腐败、以权谋私问题，官商勾结、损害国家利益的问题，企业财务人员按照领导的意图作假账、乱作账的问题，进口设备中的走私问题，几千万进口的设备不能使用（其中存在着过期、报废的部件）闲置多年，上级领导的不负责任、贪污腐败问题……，致使企业最终走向债台高筑、面临破产。影片通过一个新来的厂长与工人站在一起，保护国有资产，使一个濒临破产的特种胶片厂重获新生的故事，体现了影片的主题--工人阶级的利益是第一位的，工人阶级只有靠华自己的力量才能保护好国家财产和自己的利益！
