Synopsis
战国末期，李冰任蜀郡郡守，李夫人含泪送李冰和儿子二郎去治水。路上有一女子杜鹃为她哥哥王缀喊冤。李冰调查出王缀并非罪人，在法场救下王缀，并叫他与大家一起治水。华阳侯见李冰不吃他的一套，暗中陷害李冰。一次洪水，将李冰、王缀、二郎与杜鹃等人都冲走了，他们在一起劳动，二郎和杜鹃在劳动中相爱了。好景不长，二郎在抗洪中牺牲，李冰被皇帝撤职、王缀以死相报。李夫人深明大义，以自身做人质前往咸阳。李冰得知夫人病故，...
