Synopsis
该剧以改革开放和新农村建设、精准扶贫工作为主线，讲述了下派第一书记汤亮与企业家汤小君回到家乡，怀着无限热爱，与村主任范星火携手让家乡脱贫致富奔小康的故事。故事围绕炸掉污染严重的水泥厂、扶贫、村主任改选、修路、征地拆迁和回迁、联营养殖和种植、发展旅游和占地，建新村规划、工程招标等大事件，发生了各种误会、矛盾、明争暗斗。
