Synopsis
一同经历了最为艰苦的考验与试练，仙崎大辅（伊藤英明 饰）与吉冈（佐藤隆太 饰）这对生死搭档一同加入了由海猿精英组成的“特救队”，在生死苦海间穿梭往复，营救更多的生命。生活中，他们也各自收获着频繁而珍贵的幸福。大辅与爱妻环菜（加藤爱 饰）共同抚育可爱的儿子大洋（大山连斗 饰），憧憬美好未来；吉冈结识美丽空姐矢部美香（仲里依纱 饰），沉浸在爱情的甜蜜之中。某天，美香搭乘的G-WING206航班引擎突然发生故障，时刻面临坠毁的危险。对策指挥部决定让飞机迫降东京湾实施救援，在有限的时间内，背负着三百多条人命的大辅和所有营救队员面临最严峻的挑战…… 本片根据小森阳一取材、佐藤秀峰创作的漫画作品《海猿》改编，是同系列影片的第四部。
