Synopsis
电影讲述了明朝南安太守杜宝之女杜丽娘游走后花园，梦到有一位年轻书生手持半枝垂柳前来求爱,两人在牡丹亭幽会，并在梦中相爱。于此同时书生柳梦梅也梦见在一座花园的梅树下立着一位佳人,说同他有姻缘之份,从此踏上了寻梦之路。
