Synopsis
绰号“Laughing哥”的警员梁笑棠（谢天华 饰）成功完成卧底任务，并在CIB得到重任。但总管Harry（刘松仁 饰）和上司Jodie（陈法拉 饰），对他的操纵者之死有怀疑，在调查中发现其中另有隐情。在CIB招新后，Laughing和Jodie因训练理念不同，成 为一对欢喜冤家，互有胜负，各不相让。Harry在照顾患癌症的妻子之外，又要面对因他坐牢二十年刚出狱的前女友袁君岚，好在儿子Aidon舞技出众，又乐于助人，让他心安。为了对抗义兴，Laughing培植跛CoMichael（黄宗泽 饰）为线人，后者逐渐在帮派头马辣姜与威利争斗中获得重用，并脱离了Laughing的掌控，与昔日律师女友姚可可（徐子珊 饰）爱火重燃，并努力上位。随着帮派坐馆莫一烈的回归，一场警匪卧底之争、黑白人性缠斗愈演愈烈……
