Synopsis
1953年，年轻的考古学家Varun Shrivastav来到印度Manikpur的一个村庄探索古庙并住在当地一位地主的家里。地主的女儿Pakhi爱上了这位举止优雅的年轻考古学家，二人很快大得火热。但Varun最后还是做出了选择，他不辞而别离开了地主女儿Pakhi。Pakhi郁郁寡欢决定忘记他开始新的生活。直到有一天，当二人在机缘巧合下重逢，心碎、背叛、救赎大戏渐渐拉开大幕。就如最精彩的欧·亨利小说《最后一片叶子》中写的那样，世事无常，猜得到开始，想不到结尾。
